תקציר

רקע: החל מסוף חודש מרס 2018 מתמודדים תושבי אזור עוטף עזה עם שיגורים של בלונירקע: החל מסוף חודש מרס 2018 מתמודדים תושבי אזור עוטף עזה עם שיגורים של בלונינפץ ועפיפוני תבערה. טרור הבלונים והעפיפונים הוא סוג חדש של איום המאתגר את תפיסותהעולם המאפיינות את תושבי האזור ושל עובדי הטראומה ונותני השירות, אך מעט ידוע עלהשלכותיו על הקשר הטיפולי.

מטרת המאמר: לאפיין את האתגר הטיפולי המייחד את ההתערבות במצבי מציאות טראומטיתמשותפת ומתמשכת הנגזרת מחשיפה לטרור הבלונים והעפיפונים לשם למידה והמשגת הידעהנדרש.

שיטת המחקר: תהליך התבוננות רפלקטיבי המבוסס על ניתוח תרשומות של התערבויות בשלושה מטופלים שנעשו במרכז החוסן בשדרות. כל זאת, תוך התייחסות לפעולות, לרגשות ולמחשבות שהתרחשו במהלך ההתערבות, של המטופל ושל המטפל.

ממצאים: הממצאים מראים כי טרור הבלונים והעפיפונים חודר למרחב האישי והטיפולי הןשל המטופלים והן של המטפלים. למרות הימצאותם של תחומי דעת ידועים כמו מציאותטראומטית משותפת ומתמשכת, מלמד התהליך הרפלקטיבי כי האיום החדש אינו מוכר,מתאפיין בתגובות דומות אך גם שונות מהתגובות השכיחות. התגובות החדשות קשורות לפגיעה הסביבתית, והן מגבירות את החרדה ומערערות את תחושת הביטחון; ובהיותן מציאות משותפת חדשה הן פוגעות ביכולת המטפל לשמש מודל הורי מחזיק.

מסקנות: מומלץ לקדם שילוב ידע מתחומי טראומה אחרים — טראומה בעקבות חשיפה למלחמה וטרור ועקבות חשיפה לאסונות טבע. יש צורך בהמשך המחקר על הקשר הטיפולי בצל האיום החדש, המתווסף לאיומים הקיימים ולחשיפה המתמשכת והמשותפת.
