 תקציר:

אירועי חירום ואסון עלולים להוביל לעקירת אוכלוסיה,  להגירה כפויה ולפליטות. תופעות אלו מצריכות מענה רב תחומי

לצרכים בסיסיים, זאת לאור המאפיינים היחודיים של אוכלוסיה בתנועה. הרצאה זו תבקש לעמוד על נושאי רוחב אשר

אליהם נדרשים גורמי המענה בכל הכרוך למענה הרפואי- קהילתי ולמענה הפסיכו סוציאלי. נושאי רוחב אלו

יעסקו בניהול משאבים מצומצמים, מאפיינים ייחודיים של אוכלוסיה בתנועה ובאתגרים המונחים לפתחי נותני המענה

בחתכי מגדר ובין תרבותיות. זאת, תוך השענות על משאבים קהילתיים ומאפיינים יחודיים של המסייעים

והמסתייעים. מקרה בוחן של אוכלוסיות סורים, עיראקים ואפגנים במחנה מעבר בסרביה ינותח, ויחדד משמעויות למציאות הישראלית.
